Came with base not sure if correct but fits well-i think it's missing 2 fins on the bottom in front of engines-i really don't know anything about this -bought at the flea market today and a buddy told me it's name. Wow! Paypal accepted! . As per apypal directive. Delivery cnofirmation is mandatory and included in shipping price, insurance is your option not to include unless item value exceeds $20.00 and then i will include if i feel it is necessary. Foreing buyers! Please read-due to uninsured pkgs from italy coming up missing, insurance is required!
Sorry, but paypal has reversed a $212.00 charge because italian buyer decilned insurance and now pkg is missing. Please contact paypal/ebay about this ridiculous situation, not me.
